Millcreek Township Building
An existing 29,500 sq. ft. building was expanded to a 63,000 sq. ft. three level facility which houses municipal offices and the police department. The project included a major addition of the second floor office space to the existing single story building, a two story entry lobby, a new one and a half story 150 seat assembly room, police department offices, and a 24-vehicle garage. The Architectural services included all phases of the design and the construction process utilizing multiple prime contractors. The Architectural services were provided by Shelane Buehler, AIA while at another firm.
